Light golden hue, unfiltered and delicately produced this wine displays fragrant aromas of Granny Smith apple, stone fruit, pear, oak spice and hints of honeysuckle. The palate is smooth and silky showing citrus fruits, white pepper and undertones of butterscotch. It is rich and rounded with underlying minerality and bright acidity. Suggested food pairings: Hazelnut crusted fish, herb roasted chicken and butternut squash risotto.
