2016 Estate Pinot Noir

40.00

Once again, our Estate Pinot Noir exhibits a classic earthy style with vibrant fruit notes that perfectly encompass Oregon and a Chehalem Mountains wine. Inviting red fruit fragrances with nuances of cherry coke, dark chocolate and vanilla. Bright and fruity on entry, with a rounded mouthfeel and supple tannins mid-palate. It has a long lingering finish with tantalizing flavors of cherry, strawberry and a hint of tobacco. This wine will pair nicely with these suggested dishes: cedar plank BBQ salmon, roast duck, or pasta with mushrooms.
